Most orders are delivered within 10–25 business days, depending on the product type, finish, and delivery location.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a bit longer, and our team will keep you updated throughout the process.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on product size, weight, and destination. The final amount will be shown at checkout or shared during order confirmation.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message with all the details. Our team may reach out for address verification or customization notes if required.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
When your order is ready for dispatch, we will share the tracking details or delivery timeline with you. For bulky furniture, our logistics partner or in-house team will coordinate directly before delivery.
5. Delivery Process
We deliver to your doorstep. Large items will usually be handled by a specialised team to ensure safe placement. Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the order.
6. Packaging & Safety
All items are packed securely using high-quality materials to safeguard them during transit. In rare cases of damage during shipping, please inform us within 24 hours with photos or videos.
7. Delays
Unexpected delays can happen due to transport issues, weather, or high-volume periods. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you informed.
8. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Address changes made later may not be possible.
